2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our fresh bakery products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We accept returns for:

  • Products that arrive damaged or spoiled
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Products that do not meet our quality standards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)
  3. Our customer service team will assess your case
  4. We will provide a resolution within 2 business days

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Replacements

In many cases, we prefer to replace defective or incorrect items rather than process a refund. Replacement orders are given priority processing.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Products consumed or partially consumed
  • Items returned after 48 hours without prior approval

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all products will be fresh and of high quality at the time of delivery. If you receive products that do not meet these standards, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
